Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Salasar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
