Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to clean up the streets

Description: He is in excellent shape and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Verin was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Verin decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.
