History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
