History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mercenary for the past few years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
