History: He was born in the west. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
