Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Chay was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
