History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Veloptima took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Duvamil abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.
