He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Joser was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
