Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Siffress is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.
