Description: This slender man stands about 4'1". He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gilthur took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a axe on his belt. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his auburn hair down. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he's repulsed by the pc
