Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. Through the years after Ootah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ootah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
