History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miner for the past few years.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Ovina would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Ovina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
