Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Makaria and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
