History: Balifra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Sailor, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: He was born in the east. Radomir was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Soapmaker. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Radomir was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Scrag would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Scrag was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently the stress of being a Barber has made it difficult for him to sleep.
