History: Tordrid lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Curran was taken on many hunting expeditions. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
