Description: This southern man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortspear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Priest, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. His white hair is still thick. His brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Halimath hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This southern woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. After a long history of fighting, Marastyr and her spouse have recently divorced.
