Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up work as a Beggar and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. She has gold eyes and a black hat with a violet feather.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Armara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Armara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and expand his business
