Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Performer. She has achieved small success as a Performer.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and balancing her hectic life and new performer responsibilities is difficult
