History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears long strands of jet and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
