Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
