Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
