History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Howard and his spouse have recently divorced.
