History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Baelitae learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Fletcher job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
