History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Eran was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. Her red hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her first spouse was a Unemployed, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Carpenter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 5'8". He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sickle. He sports a flattop fur cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shivering grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shivering. After months of barely getting by, Shivering managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
