History: Bolhild lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Orsik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.
