Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She has golden hair. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Veloptima took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
