Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west to a Assassin, Mindartis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
