Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
