History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Elaim was taken on many hunting expeditions. Elaim liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Elaim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thorin grew up listening to his father's many stories. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Miller like her father before her.
