History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
