Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Nalaed learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Smoking grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Smoking abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
