Description: 5'5" and muscular, this southern man wears a blue collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has wavy red hair. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with his god.
History: He was born into a rich family. Carrie was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Carrie decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He likes to wear yellow tank tops with white pants. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Immeral was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Immeral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Oskar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a green scarf. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and further expansion of business
