The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Serpent took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
