Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burgell embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the north to a Bowyer, Burgell learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
