History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Faral alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A freak accident while working with her Cartwright father left her crippled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is content

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
