Description: He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly pickaxes and greataxes. His brown hair is still thick. His white eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Akmen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Akmen was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is a great chef.

History: Theren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a sai on her belt. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Hunter. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gorbundus took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
