History: Morgran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
