History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Torgga took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Torgga fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends

History: Thava hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
