History: Born to a Mayor, her father struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Bellfounder like her father before her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
