History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly scythes and shortspears. She keeps her long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. River grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did River. She's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
