Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hobart embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Hobart would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Hobart liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Blendaeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Skirt learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Baker for the past few years.
