History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Rolen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rolen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Kasdeya was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kasdeya's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
