Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: Tethren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Tethren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Herbalist soon after.

Description: An older man who wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is red and curly. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His black hair is braided into rings. His silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To be a Baker again; and seeks redemption

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is dark but she possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. She tends to wear a large tan jacket. Her hair is cut close to her head. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
