History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Interpreter profession.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears baggy blue pantaloons and a pastel scarf. Her auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cumpen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she feels kind of lost in life
