Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Halander isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Halander never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
