History: Oskar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He tends to his Jeweler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people
