History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Through the years after Akra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Akra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
