Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His crest is silver and curly. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Server arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Wiggan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
