Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Abalaba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Abalaba. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Cartwright. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears tan trousers with grey and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is long and brown with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rimple never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
