Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Decarabia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Decarabia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
